+ Possibility to edit the timer between checks.
+ Possibility to edit texts sending to moderators.
+ Added notify command (/xfu notify on;ff)
+ Added aliases for xrayfinderutility command (/xfu)

- Fixed the word "null" and replace it to "0" when a player don't mine a ore.
- Fixed the fact that when the plugin is reloaded the timers are not cleared.
