The previous bug was half fixed in the previous version, now is the final fix for every spigot fork

Now that fix covers modded-hybrid servers too <3

I've just fixed a bug pointed by Gabirubs where limited blocks placed in the same place they were after being broke where adding to the player limits without any consideration about the previously removed material.

In this update i've added a permission based system which tutorial will be added to documentation

Translation of Commands for English instead of Portuguese
for example, /mekalimits pontos to /mekalimits points

Now admins can use /mekalimits admin to easily remove limited items from other players

Dupe with placing adjacent blocks fixed

Now support for chinese, french, deustch, spanish and more.
