Configurable recurring entity clear for lag prevention

Added option for cleaning friendly mobs
Added optional Vault integration with option to buy to cancel a cleaner
- Added permission to limit this to players with permission to do so
Split configuration into multiple configuration files for easier configuration of the plugin
- Split cleaner configuration files in a directory loader which loads a directory of cleaner configuration files. This way you can have an easier advanced overview of your cleaner configuration files.
Added experimental "death chest" feature that loads the items of a death player into a chest with when opened a custom inventory of the player. This to prevent it from getting cleaned from the cleaners and slowly adding tools like this to prevent a lot of entities instead of cleaning them.

Added /ezclean time command to check how much time is left on a timer
Added /ezclean run to manually run the entity clearing
Added /ezclean reload to reload the configuration
Fixed issue in message placeholders
Disabled warning message by default since it's replaced by the interval broadcasting

Added option to create multiple cleaners instead of 1 to make it possible to by example make a cleaner per world with different options.
Added configurable interval to the broadcast messages.
Added manual interval list to trigger the broadcast on specific amounts of minutes left.
