Fixed Version Compatibility
I forgot to leave the api-version out of the plugin.yml, accidentally preventing the plugin to be used on servers that run on 1.13 or 1.14.
Tested on a 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15 test server. All should now work perfectly fine!
