This update allows for backwards compatibility from versions other than 1.17

Updated the plugin to work with the new 1.17 version

This update fixes large bugs from the first release that kept the plugin from working properly. It also added block muffling, which you can learn more about below!

Block muffling provides the option for blocks to "muffle" chats in game. Solid/impassible blocks reduce the range from which chat messages can be seen, introducing a hyper-realistic system! For example, If I am discussing plans with someone inside of my secret, insulated bunker, anyone outside of the bunker will have the chats muffled and will not be able to read our messages if block muffling is enabled.
