Vulnerable shit. I paid money form plugin and my server hacked. Now I have to spend half a day copying terabytes of backups.

The support will not be the best, but without a doubt, it is the best option on the market and its documentation is detailed enough to not require support.

I have been running Minecraft servers for 12 years and always struggled with chat content moderation. I suffered through writing and finding custom RegEx rules that always seemed to be unreliable. I juggled multiple chat filtering plugins that did different things (and there are a LOT of things to filter in chat!)
In comes ChatSentry. I have been running it on my network for nearly two years and it is SO MUCH better than any plugin I have ever used. Other plugins don't even come close.
I have watched ChatSentry stop complex, targeted, and customized bot attacks. Bot spam and chat flooding just do not happen anymore.
Plus, the profanity filter and customizations available are top notch. It integrates perfectly with complex proxy chat plugins and there are very few false positives.

Chatsentry is a fantastic plugin that does an amazing job moderating the chat automatically. I find the "chat executor" feature very useful, as it saves a lot of time answering players questions. The support is also great, and kix is always kind and responds quickly. In my opinion, chatsentry is the best chat moderation plugin out there!

Literally the best chat moderation plugin there is! Once properly configured there's little to no need for chat moderators anymore. Dev is super responsive, I had some suggestions and they got added into the plugin straight away. The greatest plugin I've spent money on so far. I never do reviews on plugins, but I felt the need to do it here because it is so deserved.

This is a really good plugin for chat security, you barely need an moderator anymore lol, this plugin is different than other chat plugin, it is just for the chat without any other useless features. Works really good and have no problems with it at all. There is 1 problem with Geyser support but that doesnt make the plugin bad, since this plugin is made for spigot. Keep working on this plugin! Your support is amazingly fast

BUY THIS PLUGIN! This was the single best investment I made into my server. The plugin developer is incredibly helpful and active, and the plugin really does work like magic. I have never seen something like this in 10+ years of running Minecraft servers. Incredible!

This plugin is amazin! I use in on my server and it functions very well! The customer support is also very good as just before I posted this review I had an issue and they helped me fix it! It was a mistake on my part.

ChatSentry is probably the best chat filter on the market! Discord support is very helpful, even if it sometimes takes a couple hours (which is obviously completely understandable, maybe you could get some helpers on discord to help with simple questions?)

My only 2 suggestions are:
- Replacing with detected swear words with **** instead of blocking the whole message. I know this is already being worked on, feel free to remind me on discord to update this review when it's released!
- The default chat filter (from the wiki) has lots of false positives, and I'm still working on replacing words that cause false positives often with exact::word so that it false less. Using the API I coded a plugin that sends violations to discord, so I can keep track of false positives better. Here are some examples of false positives:

- vacuum cleaner --> c*m
- I was muted --> sm*t
- who are you talking to --> ho*r
- quebec literally --> cl*t
- who are you --> ho*re
Basically just lots of false positives similar to this

All in all though, super good plugin, would recommend!

Fast, efficient, precise, configurable a lot, this is the solution for pretty much each case scenario, this literally helps reducing toxicity on your servers if you feel the need to reduce it, it takes a bit of time to get a good filter but once you configure it correctly, it becomes the best filter against spammers, advertisers, toxic people and more...

Finally, let me talk about the support for this plugin, in all the times that I've needed help, kix responded in 5-10 minutes on average, which is pretty insane and you can really see that he's dedicated on making the plugin even better, he always listens to suggestions.
