Bukkit:
  1. Download the plugin
  2. Copy the plugin in your plugins folder
  3. Restart your server
  4. Now you can use the commands in the server console or ingame with the permissions or OP
BungeeCord:
  1. Download the plugin
  2. Copy the plugin in your plugins folder of your BungeeCord server
  3. Restart your BungeeCord server
  4. Now you can use the commands in the bungeecord server console or ingame with the permissions
  5. (Add permissions in YourBungeeServer/config.yml)
