Changes in this update:

• ➕ Command /alert [message] - send subtitle for all players
• ➕ Command /actionbar [message] - send actionbar for all players
• ➕ Command /titleapi [reload/update] - reload plugin configuration file or check for updates
• ➕ Update checker (auto-check on plugin load)
