Features

Installation

1. Download the Plugin:
   Download the BetterSpawnsX plugin .jar file from the official source.
   
   
2. Upload the Plugin to Your Server:
   Upload the .jar file to the plugins folder of your Minecraft server.

Commands
/setspawn

• Description: Sets the main spawn point of the server. Players will spawn here when they first join or when they use the /spawn command.

/setfirstjoin

• Description: Sets the spawn point for players when they first join the server.
• Usage: /setfirstjoin
• Permission: betterspawnx.setfirstjoin

/setrespawn

• Description: Sets the respawn point for players after they die.
• Usage: /setrespawn
• Permission: betterspawnx.setrespawn

/spawn

• Description: Teleports the player to the current spawn point.
• Usage: /spawn

Configuration
config.yml The plugin comes with a simple configuration file that allows you to customize its settings.

• spawnMessage: Customize the message shown to players when they teleport to the spawn.
• firstJoinMessage: Customize the message shown to new players when they spawn for the first time.
• respawnMessage: Customize the message players receive when they respawn.

Example Configuration:

spawnMessage: "You have been teleported to the main spawn!"
firstJoinMessage: "Welcome to the server! Enjoy your stay!"
respawnMessage: "You have respawned at your designated point!"

How to Edit the Configuration:

1. Open config.yml located in the plugins/BetterSpawnsX/ directory.
2. Modify the messages or other settings as you prefer.
3. Save the file and reload the plugin using /reload or restart the server.

Troubleshooting
Issue 1: Players are not teleporting to the spawn after using the /spawn command.

• Solution: Ensure that the spawn point has been properly set using the /setspawn command. Also, check if the player has the correct permissions to use the /spawn command.

Issue 2: New players are not spawning at the designated first join point.

• Solution: Verify that the /setfirstjoin command has been used to set the correct first join spawn point. Ensure that the player is new (i.e., hasn’t joined the server before).

Issue 3: Respawn point is not working after death.

• Solution: Make sure you’ve set the respawn point using /setrespawn and check if the player has the required permissions to respawn.

• betterspawnx.setspawn: Allows setting the main spawn point.
• betterspawnx.setfirstjoin: Allows setting the first join spawn point.
• betterspawnx.setrespawn: Allows setting the respawn point.
