Permissions:

ast.reload & antispamtool.reload >> Permits to use /reload.

ast.chatbypass & antispamtool.chatbypass >> Permits a player to bypass the chat cooldown.

ast.commandsbypass & antispamtool.commandsbypass >> Permits a player to bypass the commands cooldown.

ast.cooldownsdisable & antispamtool.cooldownsdisable >> Permits to disable/enable cooldowns with commands /chatcooldisable and /commandscooldisable
