v2.0 | RGB, 1.8-1.16, Recoded & Improved Plugin

Added support for RGB colors. You can use RGB colors in join, leave, player messages, title, subtitle and actionbar. In short, in everywhere! (Look down for examples.)
Recoded plugin, now plugin will make less lag & supports 1.8-1.16x.
Added %center% for player messages.
Added PlaceholderAPI support in every message.
Added player sound.
Improved files & settings.

You can use RGB with this format: #COLORTEXT. Example: #FF0000Hello, %player%!

If you use 1.13 server, you must look sounds name, because sounds name are different than 1.8.
Example:
In 1.8 sound name: ORB_PICKUP
In 1.13 sound name: ENTITY_EXPERIENCE_ORB_PICKUP
