Persist permission update

Added config for direct damage handling which make it possible to bypass other plugins which may set damage event to 0.

Config: handling.damage.directly: false (Damage will be handled normally on default)

added craftables, as first item from older versions we decided to put EnchantedGoldenApples back.

Fixxed issue on version 1.14.1-1.14.3 where plugin was not able to load correctly.

Adjusting way how to block subhand

Adjusted attributes which couldnt be resolved correctly on each version.
