New command added

- Fixed a bug: Another health bar spawned while the damage indicator appear.

A new mechanic has been added!
- Now monsters and players will have a "health bar" hologram above their heads!
- If you don't like it, you can still disable it.
- Access to gradient colors thanks to SkBee's 'mini message'!
