Refactored migration

- Fixed low health indicator on player respawn
- Added in new config setting. Add it in yourself or regenerate config:

Added Low Health Indicator

- Fixed a bad message in lang.yml. If you haven't made any changes to this file then simply delete it so it can regenerate.
- Added in low health indicator along with two new config entries. Either add them in or regenerate your config file:

Show-Low-Health-Indicator : true
# How much health should a player have before sending them the low health message (percentage: 1-100)
Low-Health-Threshold : 10
