- Massive refactor for the yaml storage system as well. Won't change anything for the end user.

- Fixed permissions issues with permission contracts.contracts to use the plugin (instead of it being only contracts before)
- Middlemen are now designated through 'contracts.middleman' permission only now.
- Reload config.yml
- Change your perms for middlemen & contracts.contracts.
