Adds a bunch of essential commands with skript.PATCH NOTES:
- Removed auto notify of updates feature, will be readded later.
- Fixed /gma and /gmsp not updating gamemodes correctly when doing them on yourself.

In the first version, the skript checked the wrong pastebin link. This has been fixed now.
