Fixed bug in 1.18

Fixed an error that was occurring on versions lower than 1.16.

You can now toggle viewing flags without having to disable particles.

Added Debug Mode

This adds a feature where flags will be automatically set based on a player's IP. You need an API token from https://ipstack.com/ for this to work.

You can now configure the render distance of the flags. If players are further than the distance away, the flag will not be rendered.

Fixed glowing flags

Fixed an array out of bounds if the image was small.

Fixed a null pointer if you did not have any custom flags

To add custom flags to your server add a .png file into the /AdvancedFlags directory in the /plugins folder. The image should be small as large images slow down the server and make the ping horrible. The image name should be 2 letters and should not be taken by a country (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2).
