A comprehensive "twerk to bonemeal" plugin

This is a small update that addresses a couple of minor things.
Changes include:

"Range" config setting now controls the radius, rather than the total length of the whitelisted block check. This should be less confusing. For example, setting the range to 5 means it will check for whitelisted blocks within 5 blocks of the player.
Performance of "Instant Grow" or growing saplings to trees should be a little better, now.
Otherwise, this update is mostly some general code cleanup.
