Made the plugin Java 17 (again), because the previous attempt did not work for whatever reason.

Anytime you equip the sword, it will count down from x seconds. The same system used when unequipping.

The configuration has been updated. Please use the default config.yml and check to see you have all the config values in their correct places.

If you currently use this plugin, you will have to manually add these config values in.
