Bug fixe and customizability!
Fixed issue where /dblock reload is not working
You can now customize literally every message from config.yml!

YOU NEED TO DELETE THE OLD FOLDER OF "Blockinfo" then run it!

New Commands, Permissions and QoL!
Commands:
  • /dblock - Debug info about the plugin
  • /dblock list - Shows the list of commands
  • /dblock reload - Reloads the plugin's configuration!
Permissions:
  • dblock.* - Access to all commands
  • dblock.reload - Access to reload command
  • dblock.whois - Access to whois command
There are also some minor changes.
