Added 1.21.11 Support

FIX! Fixed an issue where the restart script that you set in config auto re-did it self to the original config.

ADDED! File manager for bukkit and velocity!
To fix! So the database is required even if its disabled for bukkit not to spam some issues. I will fix that sooner or later. most prob next week
The FTP allows downloading, uploading, editing, renaming etc
Make sure to delete the old PlayerCONSOLE folders, as this adds a new standalone-database option, which will prob be expanded in the future

Added velocity restart support, so now you can restart the proxy itself ( scheduling ) and you can also restart backends ( scheduling ) now too
Dashboard works now. All logs shown.
Velocity can now be FULLY used

Bukkit has been fully fixed, console now works flawlessly.
It has now got Inventory View, and a leaderboard page.
velocity has been introduced as a "beta", although only the plugins page works currently, as this is a dev build for velocity. Do not use this as a feature yet as it is an early version and may lag the proxy a bit, and spam it. This build has been posted as bukkit's issues have all been adressed
