When i shoot the entity,the teleport bow will not work.I don't know what caused it,Please fix this bug as soon as possible,i am 1.19 server.

It's not a bug, Please check the config.yml file:

# set it to: block or arrow
# block - it will teleport you exactly on that block where the arrow lands
# arrow - it will teleport you to the arrow location.
teleportation_method: block

This is why it's not working. If it is set to "block" the arrow needs to drop on the block for teleportation. If you want to teleport even when you hit entities or ground set it to "arrow" like this:

teleportation_method: arrow

can you make another teleport bow for hub server pls :).... with the same things, but prevent players switch bow to another inventory, also pls put bow and arrow at their inventory automatically

Thanks for the review!
In order to give permissions to a player, You should have installed a permission plugin ( LuckPerms, PermissionsEx, etc.)
After that, you should give permission to a player with a command and "permission node" (which you can see in the resource description).

For example, if I want to give the command "/givebow" to a player "TOMATENANTENNE" using LuckPerms plugin I would do it with:
/lp user TOMATENANTENNE permission set teleportbow.givebow true
