In that single interaction, our automated system and a staff member both requested standard, necessary information for us to diagnose your issue. You failed to provide this information. Instead of cooperating, your only other response was to ask our staff to close the ticket, claiming you would create a new one. You never did. You actively abandoned the support process before we could even begin to help.
