Fixed a critical issue with inventories from previous versions being loaded in Spigot 1.21.8 losing its contents.
We now track the NBT version an item was created for conversion and use NBT-API.
If you want to migrate from a version lower than 1.21.4 we recommend running this version of the plugin for a few weeks and warning your users to place their vehicles and pickup again before moving.
