Added /global (/g) command for an easy way to leave channel and enter global immediately ( Permission: supremechat.channel)
Fixed chat games still listening to chat if its cancelled.
Fixed chat games not properly registering/unregistering their game listeners.
Fixed first-join not supporting both built-in & PAPI placeholders.
