safarinet.use - allow both reusable and singleuse
safarinet.use.reusable - only allow reusable
safarinet.use.singleuse - only allow single-use

- 1.12: - fixed mobs with custom name not catchable
- fixed logging error NPE when catching mobs
- fixed hook for BentoBox
- fixed bug with shulkers teleporting back to their original location
- allowed admins to still being able to catch/release on claims
- some minor fixes
