Random heads from random categories! Permission per head with ranges!

Ranges for heads. BETA!
- You can now use ranges like "betterheads.head.20-60".
- Option disabled BY DEFAULT. Use it at your own risk.
- Can affect your server if head cooldown is not enabled.
- Might not work correctly due to different ways permission plugins work.
- It works in most cases, support won't be given related to this.
- Requires "Permission-per-head" option enabled.
Give random heads. BETA!
- You can now give random heads from random category or all.
- Example: /bheads giverandom AlonsoAliaga random 2 (will give 2 heads from random cat).
- Example: /bheads giverandom AlonsoAliaga all 2 (will give 2 heads from all heads).

Bugs fixed! Debug mode! Per head permission! Frame update! Updated base code!

Fixed categories. BETA!
- Categories names not changing should be fixed.
Permission per head. BETA!
- You can now set permissions for each head.
- A simple format was added which you can edit.
- Permissions will depend on head ID.
Added debug mode. BETA!
- Yes, it will help me with issues.
Added frame customization. BETA!
- You can now change frame model data.
- You can now change frame color.
Added fast-load mode. BETA!
- This ATTEMPTS to load heads faster when players open GUI.
- There is NO WARRANTY that this actually helps, just test it.
- Enabling it could (probably) impact in tps.
Added head subcommand. BETA!
- You can now get your own head. (Cost/cooldown support)
- You can now get other players head. (Cost/cooldown support)
- You can now give other players head to players. (Cost/cooldown NOT SUPPORTED)
Updated code. BETA!
- Updated some methods/classes/checks I don't remember very well
- Hopefully will help to keep compatibility with new versions if I'm not here anymore.

Changed default update interval. My mistake ^^

Update interval for new heads check. BETA!
- It was 1 minute by default. Has been changed to 1 day.

If you downloaded 1.0-BETA, modify "Options.Check-new-heads.Interval" to 1440.

Random give command added!

Random give command added! BETA!
- Give X amount of heads from a category to player.
- Console compatible!
- If there are less heads than the amount required, it gives duplicated heads!
Help messages customizable! BETA!
- You can now translate messages in help message!
- Added specially for server where main language is not english!
- This option doesn't and will never include the message showing the plugin name and version.
