Fixed 1.19.2 send title error

Added support for 1.12.2 and below.

Now you can add custom prices so you don't have Essentials or ShopGUIPlus strictly.

Now you can set "PriceSource" to ShopGUIPlus for match prices from ShopGUIPlus plugin.

Made some optimizations.

Added support for hologram plugin HolographicDisplays
Changed /asc delete <player> command to /asc admin delete <player>

Optimized the code and improved performance a little.

Now you can delete player's chests with -/asc delete <player> command with permission asc.remove.player
