Cleararea Command and Improved Clear Command
- Added the /mo cleararea <world> <pos1> <pos2> command
- Used to clear ores between two points
- Ores will not regenerate as they do with the clear command
- The Ores as Chests option will now work with both clear commands
- Fixed an issue where the clear command would not clear below zero
- Fixed a console error reported by dsevvv
