Famous server similar block regeneration systemProbably the plugin is compatible with 1.18 spigot, cause the plugin not use API that change every version

- Added reset timer can be changed for every region
- Added reset message for every region
- Added /blockminer reloadregion (region name) for reload the config changement with the reset timer and reset message changed (only this two get modified)
