Gives you compass always pointing to specified player

You have probably seen Dream's or George's video called " Hunter vs Speedrunner " and this plugin enables you to the same exact thing with your friend!

Commands:

/compass <name> gives you a compass pointing to specified player, as well as showing you player's Y coordinate
warning: this will overwrite anything you have in that slot in hand
/compass help displays help
/compass reload reloads config.yml

Permissions:

dreamcompass.use for all commands and clicking the compass

Usage:
After getting the compass, click with it in your hand to update it to head to specified player. If the target player goes to nether/end, the compass will point to the portal

Config.yml:
If you change the "DefaultMode: true" to "DefaultMode: false", the compass will show X Y Z coordinates, and world of targeted player. This will make hunting easier

Note
After playing it a bit myself with my friends, i have noticed everyone usually gets stuck on stage after nether, collecting enough ender-pearls. My solution: After targeterd player gets out of nether, any time hunters click the compass there is a chance of endermen spawning in defined radius around the targeted player. To enable this, set EnderChance in the config to something like 10.
