Tag hide attribute

You can now add the hide attribute to your tags.

Hidden tag not show to player don't have permission to use it.

Lang update / Interface update / Command update

All subcommand from /tag removed
Admin can now manage players tag with multiples command :

/ct <player> set <tagname>
/ct <player> remove
/ct <player> info
If no player provided in command, sender become the target

All setting file include lang file now update automatically prevent all mistake.

Now player can remove tag in the "/tag" interface
