Fix UpdateChecker message

Add an UpdateChecker, so the players who are OP, will be notified if the plugin has an update available.

Introducing bStats

bStats helps to understand what I should better focus on development wise, how my plugin is used, and if there are important changes I should be making.

You are now able to disable certain broadcasts for certain entity interactions upon a death event

You are now able to disable specific worlds, where you want the plugin to be disabled.

In addition, there's now a new placeholder for the world name ( %world%) which can be used in the broadcast messages.
