Recoded the entire plugin. I killed myself during this, the plugin also runs efficiently.

Finally.... Finally... Fixed the issue with the warps not loading on restart..

Added Essentials to the "loadbefore" in plugin.yml so you can now use /warp as your primary command without essentials interrupting.
