✦COMMANDS✦
/pereload - reload the plugin
/effects - main menù where player can buy, enabled/disable potions
/effects reset <player> - reset <player>'s permanent effects

✦PERMISSIONS✦
pe.cmd.reload - reload the plugin
pe.cmd.menu - open main menu (/effects)
pe.cmd.reset - reset player's permanent effects
pe.update.notify - get notify if theres a new update on login
