- Fixed when player dies in area the koth stays contested until respawn.

- Fixed so when a player is in the koth area and it's contested and a player leaves the koth stays contested.

- Added so every player in the koth area has the potion effects, not just the capturer.

- Added a bossbar informing who is capturing and time remaining for all players in the game, not just in the area.

- Added configurable Capture time in config.yml

- Added /koth wand command, used to define new koth areas, this is used exactly like worldedit's wand and once you have both of your corners selected you can use /koth create (name)
