Just get another better option like HSkyWars ya it's old and not maintained but it is 100% customizable pretty much has little to no bugs it also caches worlds so there is no lag and loads them from schematics when needed. AS MOST OF YOU CAN SEE, most successful plugin owners maintain like 3 popular plugins on average meanwhile wazup, duplicates code in his plugins and says they're different plugins but all it is, is him replacing parts and change names in the code to match the specific mode and add new parts as well that are needed. All these plugins are forks pretty much turned into different gamemodes, he didn't code them all from scratch lol. Only someone money hungry has this man modes on their spigot profile. Lets be honest the amount of bugs and other issues that get reported are too much for one person for all these programs, unless my statement of them being forks of one source is true which it most likely is. My advice because me personally i don't use his resources, look for a developer focused on 1 to 3 plugins who have downloads and reviews even if they got bad reviews they can still be good and not everyone is honest and will talk smack. However when you come to developers like this with this many sophisticated programs just don't buy them period. Use your logic not some reviews that they make people write about "oh this plugin is so good, the author is nice and replies fast". That means nothing to server owners with actual playerbases, but the undereducated think otherwise.

Also go look at the updates pages for all his gamemode plugins on here and read them, they literally got a lot of updates for the same exact issues that exist on all the plugins further justifying he just dupes his code and modified when he made the plugin. As a developer myself that doesn't happen with multiple plugins unless a lot of the code is the same and not from scratch. What a money hog and scam artist.

There is a lobby bug, please fix. The bug entails in "you must be in lobby to do this (Even tho I have set lobby up)

Here are my reasons NOT to buy this plugin:

1. You can't customize it to your liking. This plugin was made by someone to your liking and probably others are wrong. So you can't tinker with the design.

2. Nonsensically made menu that you can't edit in any way, lines, move, etc.

3. Shop menu, absolutely uncluttered and you CANNOT rearrange it.

4. Kits, cages, trails that the player can get to buy, so he can sell them, but this option CANNOT be turned off!

5. Scoreboard, which cannot be edited and designed. Here is a link to give you an idea: https://prnt.sc/FR9dewMIZDeH. You can't have "Kills:" and a number next to it, you have to have it underneath. The biggest paradox is that these would-be customizations are in the "customization" file (which, as we can see, is not true).

6. Related to problem 5 is that on their Discord they tell you to use another plugin for the table, but I don't want to use other plugins unnecessarily.

7. would you expect to be able to choose a kit when you are in the arena? Yeah you can, but in a complicated way. The player has to click on "Profile" and then on "Inventory" where he can choose between kit, cage, trails in a cluttered menu that can't be edited. A tedious and pointless solution! And when you click over, instead of selecting a kit, you sell it.

8. Non-functional party system, where my friends and I can't join a party because we're supposedly in the game, which is not true. You can't use any commands to create a party, only through an item in the inventory.

The only thing I can praise is the ease of setting up the arena, that's all.

Always very responsive support, for an excellent plugin which just keeps going, upgrade after upgrade.

Both this and the bedwars plugin from this author are terrible! Players are stuck in a strange god mode and are unable to die, or they are unable to pick up items. The way his plugins reset the maps are extremely stupid resulting in glitched blocks and his solution is to use a less stable version of worldedit that bring the exact same result. Players need to join a skywars lobby and then join the arena lobby and then join the game, otherwise most features of the plugin will not work, and thats the case for all of his plugins. Overcomplicated with many bugs, with solutions that try to re invent the wheel, instead of using solutions that almost all other similar plugins are using.

These plugin will barely be worth it even if they were free. Avoid them.

AFTER BUY READ - GOOD PLUGIN

1. Mobs egg not working. (When you place an egg the mob disappears.)
2. Disable natural mobs on game not working.
3. Can't translate when you force start an arena.
4. Unable to translate menu group title.
5. Privacy group object cannot be translated.
6. Leader group object cannot be translated.
7. Players group object cannot be translated.
8. If we change the name of the celebrations objects, it is not shown in the menu.

This plugin is purely amazing.

Very intuitive to setup including the option use Events from the Public API which can be very handy when used alongside DiscordSRV to post Skywars Wins into a Discord Channel.

Wazup is extremely active when it comes to responding to bugs, issues or enquiries and also applying hotfixes ASAP too!

My only negative comment is that I wish Official Discord Support was a viable option, but due to how active Wazup is via emails I don't see it as a huge negative.

If you want an easy to setup, actively updated and extremely optimised Skywars plugin then you're at the right place!

This plugin has many features and optimizations. The time author dedicated in this plugin is worth this price.
But it is not user friendly, many commands can't be tab-completed and some special chest items need to be added in YAML file instead of ingame inventory GUI. And at present it does not support arrows with affacts(The author said it will be added) and firework damage disabled that limit game playing. Evidently the author does not list these defects in overview which result in time and money have left me forever.

This plug-in works well in 1.18.2 and has perfect functions. It's worth buying. However, I've always wanted to add one function, but I can't contact the author for a long time. That is, whether the plug-in can turn off the rollback function every time it restarts or every time it starts the server, and then only roll back chunk after the end of each game. Good plugin but no NBT Support so you can't add items from other plugins like custom armour/items. Lots of plugins have this now surprised for the price it isnt in the plugin so you can open chest and get your custom items.

Very good skywars plugin! Out of the box, the plugin is pretty much ready to go all you really need to do is add maps. As such I find this plugin a lot more complete than other current skywars plugins out there. However, I still think there can be a lot of improvements made in terms of kit creation, stats, and small other things such as leaderboard creation. The dev has been relatively quick to update things when they can. For $13 it would be nice however if the discord was used a bit more for support-related inquirers.
Overall, fairly happy with the plugin and hopeful for future updates to make it even better.

The lastest version:7.6 and before is not support 1.18 in some of servers.That mean you cannot create map or correctly speaking the map cannot rollback.I have give feedback in discord 1 week and the author although online sometime.Doesn't say anything.As far as I am concerned.The author is a good developer, but he is the worst problem solver.

You may be looking at this think it's a bit expensive for a plugin with free alternatives and mixed reviews. You may be suspicious of it being a flip and dip. I wouldn't blame you for your hesitation, however, ultimately, you'd be wrong in your presumptions.

First of all, this plugin had one bad update, a long time ago, which generated some harsh reviews. The developer, Wazup, has taken ownership of this mistake and worked hard to set it straight. Take a quick look at his repository of projects and imagine keeping up to all of them, indefinitely; The guy/girl's human, give them a break. To me, this shows their dedication, not disregard. They stuck to the project, despite it going south for a period. It makes me feel like by buying this, i'll have a plugin that I can keep for many game versions, as it's been through so many, already.

There's also lots of people that jump straight on the reviews because they've encountered a problem of their own creation, usually due to improper configuration. Wazup offers stellar support on the Discord and literally begs people not to put issues in reviews, yet they never listen.

Some of the reviews seem to be an error 99. The problem sits in front of the monitor.
I love the big setup section but two things are missing I think. I didn´t know how to get the mystery box. Its done by simply putting an ender chest within the lobby. Join the lobby and voilá. The second missing thing is a tutorial on what things can be translated. Like the kits seem to be a bit messy when it comes to translating.

You apologized for the damage caused by the broken update. But the problem is that you took several months to even answer the clients. Many had to forcibly switch to other skywars plugins. I have a server with thousands of players that used to play skywars with your plugin for years. This broken update ruined the image of my server for my players and now that i had switched to another skywars plugin it is too late to update skywarsx or fix anything. By the way ultraskywars is more complete, you should have a look at it, it has features that lack in skywarsx for years.

The latest updates turned the plugin into garbage. Worthless.
It used to be good and I used it for years on my server.

Now the latest updates killed the gamemode with bugs like arenas turning into white blocks among other creepy bugs.

This situation is very sad because I don't even know for which plugin to replace it.

The developer tells us to use old versions, but then they have their own bugs and lack of new features of the new versions..

I used to have this plugin on my network for more than 3 years until today. I have finally decided to drop this plugin out of my servers. Useless, full of bugs, extremely bad optimized, and the worst thing: Developer seems absolutely careless of our complaints and blame other things than admiting there are issues with his plugin.

I'm extremely disappointed for what SkywarsX has become lately, used to be Top 1 in Spigot next to CookLoco's plugin, but now it's no more than garbage, sadly.

Absoloute garbage. Tried to add a map with terracotta and it all turned to bricks. Really slow, buggy plugin. Do NOT waste your money. Support is shit and the dev leaves sarcastic replies on my friend's review. He WILL try and defend himself but please ignore him, for your own good...

I initially purchased this plugin, and I really liked it, customization is fine for a plugin like this, and I accept the things we can edit.

However, I do NOT recommend purchasing this plugin for the price it is at... There is countless bugs, and the developer is very hard to communicate with. Rollbacking is bugged, and there is plenty other issues I've previously reported, with almost nothing done. I've owned this plugin for over a month, and if I had to choose to buy it again, I certainly wouldn't... I paid $13 for a plugin that I would expect the quality to match the price tag... but this plugin definitely not worth $13..

This is a trend with all of the plugins with this developer... but I don't understand the point of "Bungeemode"... I'd rather have it so the inventory in the plugin can also work with inventories that you already had... instead of having an "editmode" and a "lobby mode".. it over complicates things that really don't need to be complicated. When re-spawning after a match, occasionally you'll get stuck in a death-loop, which then requires the user to rejoin... which isn't really optimal.

All in all... it's a fairly average plugin that has a quite good amount of bugs.. Look elsewhere for a Skywars plugin.

Option disable achievements.
and so on...

Please consider and add. As it works, but it's about nothing if you can't edit the game scoreboard or won message.

Not 100% configurable. Very bad. Replying to the question is very slow.It’s hard to accept and it’s hard to accept.

Its a good plugin but there are a lot of errors such as:

- countdown till gamestart freezes at 6 and wont move unless I type /sw start
- If I type /sw start it will remove the cage but some players still have the kit selection items and cant open chests.

Two years ago, this plugin was BY FAR the best Skywars plugin available. Since then, updates have been extremely slow, often having to wait 6+ months to get fixes for very common bugs.

1.13 was released 9 months ago and is still not supported.

The developer hasn't even logged into SpigotMC.org in 15 weeks, and I'm sure these resources will become abandoned and removed eventually. According to his profile, he (or she) is 19 years old, and I'm guessing they went off to college and have no time to update this plugin anymore except maybe over the summer or during holidays.

As I said, this plugin used to be top tier, but with major bugs still present and no support for 1.13 or 1.14, it's not worth your money.

This plugin is really good, but, please update to the new minecraft version and add some new feature :D

I really like the plugin, but the developer is not serious and is inactive. There are no updates, there are no patches that require no support, total defeat. this guy is one fun. He does not care about us at all. Where are bugfixes etc???

The worst plugin of skywars without a doubt, I regret having spent the money on the plugin, a plugin that although it has many features in multiarena works fatal, does not detect well the chests, you can not create well the regions with the chests for it and It has many faults.

Well in fact the developer does not improve it and is inactive for months.

Amazing plugin Lots of features.

I bought this plugin thinking it was going to be a standard SkyWars plugin and boy was I wrong! Where do start? This plugin has it all you can not tell it is a downloaded plugin it has all the features of a custom coded plugin with more. It is HIGHLY Customizable. Lots of features, from different chest types to a fast rolling back feature here are some of my favorite things about the plugin:


PROS:

- Highly customizable.
- Lightweight.
- Different chest types.
- Professional Holographic displays board.
- Every message is customizable.
- Super simple no complicated commands.
- No permissions setup.
- Very easy to use API (For Devs).
- MySQL Support.
- Bungee Support.
- Can edit the chests in game.
- Separate Arena Chat not one chat.
- Team Colos.
- Can be used as a Survival Games plugin.
- The signs tell you when an arena will be ready.
- rollback feature fixes even the smallest details like item frames and chest positions

CONS:

- NONE


Things to be aware of:

- If a player destroys a block outside of the map vie TNT, mob, fireball, etc... the plugin will not roll it back with the rest of the map which is not a problem if you have the whole map covered but I would look into a plugin like CoreProtect to fix things like that.


Known Bugs:

- When removing a spawn for a map you can not place a new one without restarting the server as it will cause errors in the console.


Overall the creator has made a great plugin! There are no issues with this plugin and would highly recommend it to players. It is worth far more than $13 I could see this plugin at least worth $20. I have also purchased other plugins from this developer that are also great and you should check out if you are interested in running a premium server..

This plugin works really well - I was very happy with the customization capabilities and also the general ease of use. I am fairly new to hosting a server and had not even played sky wars before but this plugin was so easy I was able to get 10 arenas up very quickly.

Unfortunately I updated to 1.13.1 so I will have to wait to add it back to the server - cannot wait for it to be updated :)

This plugin isn't perfect, but a plugin this good is rare. It's like you took the SkyWars plugin from an actual big server and sold it. It's THAT good. The only problems I encounter is that:

/sw join creates internal error (but it does work)
/sw leave creates internal error (but it does work too)

If you add another kit in the config but you configure it wrongly (example: putting the wrong item ID), the whole plugin will start malfunctioning. This can be fixed by finding the correct item ID/mistake and fixing it.

While it has its few flaws, this plugin is worth the money.

I get many internal errors. But if you are using the plugin right the first time, it works. This plugin doesn't have the MOST active developer, but he is updating it here and there. It's a good buy, but you kind of have to be smart about working with it. Take note of your changes, only change a few things at a time, and be prepared to undo your changes if the plugin breaks. I have experienced these glitches and fixed them like this.

When you execute /sw join it creates internal error. (Delete config and let it regenerate)

When you execute /sw join it creates a different error. (Gadgets menu was interfering with hotbar items.

When you execute /sw addspawn it creates an internal error. (Restarted server) [This only happened after I removed spawns]

The glitch with spectators dropping the compass (It's just a bug, I am dealing with)

Otherwise this plugin is very efficient, and has little to no lag. It does exactly what you want it to, and most of the time you don't need to figure it out in the config. Wazup92 is somewhat inactive, but he has a large community that is definitely willing to help. The reason for the 5th star missing is because of the bugs, and such. But the plugin is jam packed with unique features if your willing to work with it.

why did u even bother updating this plugin, the only reason i gave 2 stars to it is you finally woke up after 1 year of not working and updating the plugin with useful features for people to feel OK to actually PAY for the plugin, you didnt even fix any bugs in this last couple of months, bugs like the spectating system,death event(spectator players item will drop afte leave) and etc

Despite the reviews, we found no bugs when updating to this version. Performance is not affected at all and players didn't report a single thing.

My guess is that people didn't correctly update to the new chests mechanics. Some even complained about the "lack of customization/translation" when there's clearly a *warning* in the overview stating that.

Disgusting plugin. There is no adequate support for Bungee mode. A lot of things can't be customized or translated. Bugs, too, lack. Several important functions are generally implemented by the crutch principle. Very sorry I wasted money.

Love this plugin, it's great for lazy server owners. I love how it's basically a server setup by having each step already in the plugin - cosmetics, ranks, achievements, lobby system, spawns, chests, everything. 10/10 - only suggestion is that I wish there was an option for TnT to auto blow up.

The source code;
- Is not following any standarts and totally hardcoded almost everything.
- It is not even using indentation. He didn't even use TAB or space.
- It is almost impossible to read.
- You will not get updated source codes because author doesn't looking his Skype or Spigot messages.
- It isn't use packages. Everything on the same package.
- Basically it is not for you. I'm pretty sure even author forgot about what did he write before. This plugin needs a rewrite to add new things.

Its a good plugin but very weird when it comes out making it personalized, I spent a hour recoloring things and when i restarted server /sw and internal error, I saved the text into a notepad file and then delted it restarted server and everything was fine. But the config is really messy xDxD

Nice plugin, top updates. There are only 2 things to improve: the specator mode (so the projectiles bug and the spownpoints) and the API.
If you can add an Event called like: "SWPlayerChangeStatusEvent". It can send information if the new status is isInArena, isSpectating, isPlaying or isInLobby. Thanks for read my friend and thanks for your work :)

Good plugin but there are some things you can make it better like the scoreboard customization and the items... you can make it better like this:

ITEM: 1
NAME: "&2Grass block"
SLOT: 1
CUSTOM-COMMAND: true (or false)
COMMAND: Sw join test (If the option above is enabled)

And if you could make like party items it would be very cool :)

Awesome plugin! You can literally run this plugin by its self! Totally recommend it.

Only downside it's that it should be updated it more often (1 a week fixing bugs) and add more customization (changing block ID behind the signs, little things that would make the plugin way better).
