RGB colors!

Changes:

Added support for RGB colors, using hex format like &#00FFDD. In case when RGB color codes not available it will be mapped to closest constant color.

Since I rewrote a fairly large part of the code, I’m not sure that there are no new bugs.
I will fix them if they appeared.

If you update old config it will be enabled by default

Language support system!

You can edit the language configurations. To reset the language configuration, simply delete it, it will be loaded again. This also works in cases where you need to upgrade for a new version of the configuration if it has changed on the official Mojang server.
