One of the best configurable lucky blocks plugin!

Remove the old config before installing the new version!
* Fixed the invisible ArmorStands issue when the chunk was unloaded.
* added disableCommandsOnOpen option, allows disabling player from using commands while opening a luckycube!
* added disableCommandUse command, the commands appear when the player is trying to use a command while opening a luckycube and it's not allowed.
* Fixed disappearing config problem!
