Added economy support. Now you can charge players to use /sleep (optional)

New permission to avoid cost: sleep.cost.bypass

Permissions Changed:
I dropped "votesleep." prefix for "sleep." for people upgrading to Epic Core (coming soon)

• sleep.reload - Allow reloading of the config file (usually for devs)
• sleep.god - Instantly pass the /sleep vote when this player votes
• sleep.immunity - Player doesn't need to have item (if required)
• sleep.protection - Allows player to toggle Phantom protection
• sleep.notify - Notified when plug-in has a new update

Added new "allowedWorlds" in sleep.yml to replace "allowedWorld"

• Smoothly skips the night (its like fast forwarding)
• New phantom controls
  • /sleep protection (perm: votesleep.protectioni)
    Players can toggle Phantom protection on / off
  • Phantoms can be completely disabled
  • Tweak natural spawning phantoms by disabling AI, muting sound, changing health, setting a custom name, or making them glow
• Change % of required players for vote to pass
• God votes will no longer send 2 messages when skipping the night
• Added bStats to help. Please keep this feature enabled <3
• Config files will automatically be updated now (no more manual updates!)

• Fixed a bug where you couldn't change item needed for sleep
• Unified code base with an upcoming plugin
• Moved config file to sleep.yml

After updating the plugin will make a new sleep.yml file and will no longer use config.yml.
