Optimized the freeze system and added some options
+ Added the option to set the freeze cooldown message in the configs file.
+ Added the option to block the Y axis to prevent players from jumping/flying.
+ Fixed the freeze checks to work properly.

Note: Please, do update/delete the configs.yml file to make the plugin works properly!
