Hi,

Big update to XSpawners after almost 2 years. Mostly recoded the plugin to be more efficient and more customisable for server owners.

• Recoded Base Plugin
• Added Locale.yml to change spawner item names and edit plugin messages
• Removed a bunch of unneeded messages the plugin used to send players.
• Updated for 1.20.x and 1.21 support.
• Fixed various bugs
• Updated /spawner give command to be better handled than before.

I have more I want to do with this plugin really but for now this update is a far improvement over the previous version of it.
