- Completely recoded plugin
- Added command /xpboost clear <player>
- Added command /xpboost give <player> <boost> <time>
- Added ability to change global xp boost in config
- Config.yml has been restructured so it is much easier to read and edit
- Removed MOTD option (if somebody wants it i will add it back)
- If global xp boost is enabled and player has bought an xp boost it will add global xp boost + players xp boost together
- Added some sort of API (if u need ask for documentation)
