Adding craftable Spawn Eggs to Minecraft!Update 1.1.2

Update v1.1.2 add/edits the following:
- Added 3 new mob types to be crafted and captured:
- Bees
- Turtles
- Parrots
- Updated recipes for chicken egg. Now uses raw chicken, as feather is used for parrot.
- Updated used api version to 1.15.
- Various code changes for better performance.
- Updated crafting recipes on spigot page and in-game command.
