Changes with this update:

• Remove MCStats (not working for a long time)
• Update bStats and add more graph
• Log prefix is now [WESV] (shorter than [WorldEditSelectionVisualizer])
• Fix a small bug with cylinders regions
• Support for FastAsyncWorldEdit Polyhedral and Fuzzy regions
• When check for axe is enable, particles will be show when the wand is in offhand (thanks @ferrybig)
• Add top and bottom particles for Cuboid and Cylinder regions (can be disable in the config.yml)
• Code optimisations (better performances and use less ram)
