If your already have version 2.0.0 or newer you simply put the jar on BungeeCord and use the command "/weg syncVersions" and repeat it for every subserver. Then you need to restart all subservers tu update the plugin on them as well.
For those who haven't the version 2.0.0+ already, have to update all subservers manually and of course BungeeCord.
