You can now give each player (or group) a different region limit with permissions. To give a player/group a limit of 8 regions you will have to give them the permission 'wgrc.regionclaim.8' and they will be able to claim up to 8 regions. If a player has the permissions 'wgrc.regionclaim.3' and 'wgrc.regionclaim.10' the player will be able to claim up to 10, this is because it is the higher number.

In the config.yml file the value 'max-regions' still exists, and will be the default amount of regions a player can claim unless given a permission, but if the max-region value is 10 and a player has the permission 'wgrc.regionclaim.5' a player will be able to claim up to 10 regions, because that is the higher number.
