Update 1.0.2

+ Added logs.yml, a file that keeps track of all checks, it specifies the player who was called to check, as well as the moderator who called him. (See screenshot 1)

+ Support 1.13.x, 1.14.x, 1.15.x, 1.16.x
+ Added command /wch info - displays all rights, as well as the variables of the plugin.
+ Added restore health, hunger, air, after unfreezing the player in order to avoid his death.
- Fixed bug with the fact that the mobs could cause damage to the player while frozen.
