## ✨ Features

### Ghost Abilities
- Become a ghost upon death
- Fly and phase through blocks
- Interact with redstone devices
- Whisper to living players
- Possess other players
- Perform rituals to return to life

### Game Modes
- **Normal Mode**: Standard ghost gameplay
- **Hardcore Mode**: Permanent death (resurrection only through rituals)

## Installation
1. Download the latest `WhispersOfTheDead.jar`
2. Place it in your server's `plugins` folder
3. Restart your server
4. Configure `config.yml` as needed

## Commands
| Command | Description | Permission |

| `/ghost [player]` | Toggle ghost mode | `WhispersOfTheDead.admin` |
| `/ghost escape` | Attempt to escape ghost mode | `WhispersOfTheDead.ghost` |
| `/ghost hardcore [true/false]` | Toggle hardcore mode | `WhispersOfTheDead.admin` |
| `/ghost reload` | Reload configuration | `WhispersOfTheDead.admin` |

## Permissions
- `WhispersOfTheDead.admin` - Full access to all commands
- `WhispersOfTheDead.ghost` - Default ghost permissions

## ️ Temple Construction
### Required Materials
- 5x Obsidian
- 4x Soul Sand
- 1x Dimand Blcok


## Key of Death

### Crafting Recipe

### Properties
- **Durability**: 1 uses
- **Effects**:
- Reveals ghosts (32 block radius)
- Required for resurrection rituals
- Glows near spiritual energy

## Resurrection Ritual

### Requirements
- Built temple with ritual platform
- Ghost within 5 blocks of center
- Key of Death with at least 1 charge
- Must be midnight in-game

### Steps
1. Living player right-clicks center with Key of Death
2. Ghost must stay on the Dimand block

## Gameplay Tips

### For the Living
- Use Soul Torches for ghost protection
- Carved Pumpkins reduce possession chance by 30%
- Ghosts are more visible in water/rain

### For Ghosts
- Sneak + right-click to materialize temporarily
- Right-click blocks to haunt them
- Full moon increases ghost powers

## ⚠️ Troubleshooting
- Make sure the temple is built to exact specifications
- Check console for error messages
- Ensure you have the latest plugin version
- Verify all required materials are in place for rituals
