+ The commmand /wv stopVoting [World] to stop a WeatherVote (Permission: WeatherVote.StopVoting)
+ The Message "Message.24: The voting has stopped." to the Messages.yml.
+ The Message "Message.25: You stopped the voting." to the Messages.yml.
+ The Message "HelpText.10: This command stopps a voting." to the Messages.yml.


Bugfixes:

+ Fixerd a bug with the Updaete-System.
